I support this Lab for 4 years
I was one of the consumers that posted a review on Trustpilot and Trustpilot refused to show it. I even complained to both Trustpilot and to Medicines Online. Trustpilot still didnt accept my review even though I sent them the invoice for my payment. Trustpilot are proven in court to be making illegal actions with reviews. Medicines Online in a victim of abuse by these global digital platforms and we need to support them so I am writing this review.

I got the kit from the click and collect.
I got the kit from the click and collect and I did the swab and took it back. Very fast solution. it took me 30 mins. And my results were done next day. Great service.

I got my results and contacted them on whatsapp to ask about the date of birth change as I had entered the wrong information. They explained I can change the date in my account and it will reflect on the report. Its great. Thak you for your Support.

I had a very kind style of chat on whatsapp with Medicines Online support. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional they are. I see now that the Trustpilot reviews are fake - everyone knows this anyway but now I see it myself. But they are paying off google to say nice things about them.
